 Why Now?

• United is Profitable and has recently had record breaking months

• United Memorabilia is stored in various locations, inaccessible to anyone to see

• Certain iconic aircraft are stored and will be unavailable soon

• Certain other historic aircraft may not be available in the future

• United may have unused hangar/ramp space due to outsourcing​

• This would help offset negative publicity aimed at United and all airlines

• United needs to attract quality employees to join the company

• A museum would be an excellent aviation educational resource
